Glottis Limited is an end-to-end freight forwarding and logistics company providing ocean, air and inland transport, warehousing, customs brokerage and 3PL services from its Chennai hub and a PAN-India branch network while servicing 125 countries and handling over 110,000 TEUs in FY25.

The company reported FY25 revenue of ₹9,411 million, EBITDA ₹785 million and PAT ₹561 million, but Q3 FY26 reflected a marked slowdown with revenue of ₹1,439 million, EBITDA ₹40 million and PAT ₹27 million as freight rates softened and volumes declined across key lanes.

Renewable energy logistics is a strategic differentiator: Glottis accounted for roughly 19.8% of India’s installed solar logistics by capacity, with renewables contributing nearly half of FY25 revenues; the company is expanding into BESS and engineering project cargo to diversify while retaining solar leadership.

Glottis is pivoting to an asset-heavy model using IPO proceeds to buy trailers and containers, aiming to lower variable costs and improve margin stability; management expects phased deployment through Q4 FY26 and Q1 FY27 and anticipates long-term margin benefit despite near-term incremental depreciation.
