Macpower CNC Machines Limited manufactures a wide range of CNC machine tools including turning centers, VMCs, HMCs, 5-axis and multi-tasking centers, servicing automotive, defence, aerospace, railways and general engineering customers from a manufacturing base in Rajkot with 2,500 machines per annum capacity and 12,887+ installations to date.

Q3FY26 marked company-record quarterly performance with revenue of ₹86.15 crore (+42.6% YoY), EBITDA of ₹15.58 crore (+99% YoY) and PAT of ₹9.79 crore (+119% YoY), with EBITDA margin expanding to 18.1% driven by higher ASPs, favourable mix towards Nexa and defence, and benefits from backward integration.

Macpower has strategic momentum in defence and aerospace with 200+ machines supplied to defence factories, significant bids totalling ~₹319 crore in defence, and institutional credentials including HAL and ISRO supply, which materially increases revenue visibility and positions Macpower for larger, long-cycle, high-margin institutional orders.

The company is executing a large capacity expansion program (30-acre greenfield plant, phased to 10,000 machines) and is pursuing global technology transfer and distribution partnerships while improving unit economics through in-house Macatrol® controllers, greater backward integration, and rooftop solar installations that reduce daytime power costs.
